Terms & Conditions
Warranty claims will only be valid when proof of purchase is supplied to Smith-Style to show that the product was purchased from an authorized dealer and that the claim is within 1 year of purchase. To make a warranty claim you must first contact Smith-Style by email at cs@smith-style.com stating your full name, order number and detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
A warranty claim cannot be made for the following:
1. Wear and tear from normal use
2. Any servicing by anyone after delivery other than by Smith-Style or authorized parties
3. The product(s) having been misused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care (including being dropped), or abnormal usage conditions
4. The products having been used other than in accordance with good practice and Smith-Style's instructions or recommendations
5. Damage caused from the use of non-genuine spare parts or accessories fitted to product(s)
Please know that in order for a warranty to be considered valid, the purchase needs to be through Smith-Style or an authorized re-seller, and you need to retain evidence of your purchase (e.g. an official invoice / receipt from seller). Failure to provide proof of purchase may invalidate your warranty claim.
Extended warranty
If you have registered for our extended warranty, a claim can be made after the retailers 1 year warranty period. If the customer registers in the first 30 days of their online purchase, an additional 2 years of warranty will be offered for products that have defects or damage caused from defective materials or software. You cannot apply for our extended warranty if you have had the product for more than 30 days from the purchase date. The extended warranty aims to protect customers in their Smith-Style purchase beyond their retail purchase.
An extended warranty claim cannot be made for the following:

6. The product is a refurbished model or bought second hand
Please know that in order for a warranty to be considered valid, the purchase needs to be through an authorized re-seller, and you need to retain evidence of your purchase (e.g. an official invoice / receipt from seller). Failure to provide proof of purchase may invalidate your warranty claim.
Smith-Style will not:
1. Cover return postage costs 30 days after the purchase
2. Cover return postage costs for unwanted items
3. Offer a refund after 30 days (a replacement will be issued instead)
